How do you know the groom? Describe how you first met.
The year was 1994, it was a cloudy day, the sun barely peeking through the clouds. I remember it being 73… nay 74 degrees Fahrenheit… We were on the playground, I was hanging with my good friend Jeff (now known as El Jefe). I’m not sure exactly how the conversation went between Mark and I but it was probably something like “Hey you like monkey bars?” “yea” “ok lets be friends.” and just like that the new friendship was born. I’m pretty sure there was a rainbow in the background as well.
This single interaction comprised of mostly truths started a life long friendship, we did have to get over a brief period where Mark hated me for “stealing” his friend (Jeff), even though he was my friend first. Now were good though! We share Jeff equally.
It was either all that above or through soccer. Either way, we were still introduced by Jeff.
